Terms of Service

“EverUp”, “we” and “us” mean EverUp Garage Doors, based in Pittsburgh, PA. We repair, service and install residential garage doors and openers. We do not work on gates.

Work may be performed by an independent technician company engaged by EverUp. EverUp invoices you and remains responsible for the work.

Estimates are free. The technician inspects the door, explains what has failed and what the repair involves, and gives you the price before any work starts.

No work is done until you approve it.

This website does not publish prices. Information on the site is general and is not a quote for your door.

In Pittsburgh and the nearby towns listed as our core area on the home page, calls between 8 AM and 6 PM get a two-hour arrival window. Further out, we set the visit time with you when you call. Outside 8 AM – 6 PM, in the morning or the evening, a visit is handled as an emergency call-out. The phone is answered 24/7.

To cancel or move an appointment, call (412) 516-3667 as early as you can.

• Give us clear access to the garage and the door, and keep children and pets away from the work area.
• Tell us about anything you know that affects the job, such as a door that has fallen, a spring that has already broken, or damage from a vehicle.
• Do not operate a door or opener the technician has marked unsafe until it is repaired.

EverUp invoices you directly for the work. Payment terms are stated on your estimate and invoice.

Every repair carries a warranty. Coverage varies by part and job type. Your technician explains exactly what's covered — and for how long — before any work begins. To make a warranty request, call (412) 516-3667 or email office@everupgaragedoors.com with the date of the job.

Any monthly offer applies only under the terms published on the offer page for that month. The discount comes off the price you would have been quoted without the offer.

The information on this site, including repair descriptions and safety notes, is general. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your door. Garage door springs and cables are under high tension; do not attempt to adjust or remove them yourself.

Brand names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the equipment we work on.

Do not misuse the site: no automated submissions, no attempts to break into it, and no false requests.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we are not liable for losses caused by relying on general information on the site or by the site being unavailable. This section covers the website only. Our responsibility for work we perform on your property is set by the estimate you approve, the invoice, and Pennsylvania law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Work already booked is covered by the terms in place when you approved it.
